He's contemplating how to approach Aerith after not having seen her for so long, eventually settling on simply saying " I'm back!" as he opens the chapel doors. Choco Bill's appearance here, along with the fact that Yuffie is seen riding a chocobo outside of Midgar in one of the DLC's final cutscenes, all but confirms his Chocobo Farm will likely make an appearance in FF7 Remake Part 2 in some form. What FF7 Remake INTERmission Means For Zack In Part 2Īnd then there is FF7 Remake INTERmission's ending, which shows Cloud and the party hitchhiking their way to Kalm with help from Choco Bill, seeming to confirm that the town is where Remake Part 2 will begin. ![]() That tidbit of information means fans should expect the Wutai portion of FF7 Remake Part 2 (or Part 3) to be very different from that of the original FF7, where Yuffie's father was still in control of Wutai. In the original game, Yuffie's father serves as king of Wutai, with Yuffie and him disagreeing over the path Wutai has taken following their defeat at the hands of Shinra. INTERmission also hints at some fascinating developments in the relationship between Yuffie and her father. Whether or not the character is gone forever or will reappear in some new form later down the line remains to be seen, but no doubt his final act of protecting Yuffie will inform her character's story arc moving forward.Īnd that's not all when it comes to Yuffie's backstory.
